Pigtails & Patch cords

Pigtails & Patch cords

Pigtails & patch cords: factory-tested, standards-compliant. Ready for reliable deployment. Our portfolio of pigtails and patch cords delivers reliable, factory-tested connectivity for telecom, enterprise, data center, and FTTH networks. Designed for seamless integration with optical distribution frames, panels, and active equipment, our fiber assemblies combine consistent quality with low insertion loss and high return loss across a wide range of single-mode and multimode applications. From efficient field splicing to secure interconnections, our solutions are engineered to meet the demands of modern fiber networks. **Pigtails** Eliminate field performance variables and boost the efficiency of your splice teams with our pre-terminated pigtails optimized for fusion and mechanical splicing. Alongside standard simplex pigtails with 900 µm buffered fiber, we offer multi-fiber pigtail solutions from 4 to 96 fibers, as well as ribbon fiber solutions for high-density applications. Configure your pigtails to match your network requirements with a broad selection of fiber types, connectors, color-coding systems, and packaging options. Color coding options: TIA‑598‑C, VDE 888(DIN), FIN 2012, Swisscom standard Packaging options: Single packed, sets of 4, 6 or 12 (900 µm pigtails) Single color fiber grade sets or color-coded sets. **Patch cords** Our fiber optic patch cords provide a secure, reliable solution for interconnections and cross-connections throughout your network infrastructure. Available in simplex, duplex Fig-8, and duplex Fig-0 cable constructions, our patch cords support both single-mode and multimode fiber applications. The standard performance specification is Grade B, with Grade A and Low Loss performance available as optional configurations for applications requiring enhanced optical performance. Every Fiberopticshop patch cord is manufactured according to applicable IEC, EIA/TIA, and Telcordia standards and supplied with a test report, giving you confidence in product quality and helping you maintain control over your fiber as well as your long-term project budget. Packaging options: Individual packaging Bulk packaging in protective carton boxes, depending on cable length and quantity. **Applications** • Enclosure Splicing: Pigtails terminate incoming outside-plant (OSP) trunk cables directly into patch panel splice trays. • Data Center Rack Cross-Connects: Patch cords bridge connections between optical transceivers, switches, and patch panels. • FTTH & Telecom Distribution: Direct end-point connections in fiber distribution hubs (FDHs) and subscriber wall outlets Configured to Your Network Whether you need reliable components for FTTH deployment, telecom infrastructure, enterprise networks, or high-density fiber environments, our pigtails and patch cords can be configured to meet your specific application requirements. Talk to our team about your fiber connectivity requirements and find the right pigtail or patch cord solution for your network.

Trunk & Fan Out

Trunk & Fan Out

**High-Density Fiber Optic Solutions: Trunk & Fan-Out Cables** Empower your data center and high-bandwidth network infrastructure with engineered fiber optic cabling solutions. Designed for high-density deployment, seamless scalability, and ultra-low insertion loss, trunk and fan-out fiber optic assemblies simplify cable management while maximizing throughput. **Fan-Out (Breakout) Cables** Assemblies that bridge high-density multi-fiber connections to individual equipment ports in data center, industrial-, private- or public network areas.. A fan-out cable converts a single multi-fiber connector (e.g., MTP®/MPO) on one end into multiple duplex or simplex connectors (e.g., LC, SC, CS or SN/MDC) on the other. Designed and thoroughly tested to ensure optimal performance and reliable network operation. You can order our MPO fanout cables according to your needs as there are choices for Male/Female MPO connectors, LC/SC simplex or duplex connectors, Polarity (A,B,C), SM(OS2) or MM(OM3, OM4) fiber and the number of fibers per cable. The combination of our MPO and LC, CS and SN/MDC connectors also enables and supports an easy migration from 10G duplex up to 400G network applications. **Trunk Fiber Cables** Multi-fiber backbone cables (typically 12, 24, 48, or 96+ fibers) terminated with multi-fiber connectors like MPO. They act as the central highway, carrying massive data volumes across long runs between main distribution areas (MDAs) and equipment rooms. Our MPO trunk cables enable fast installation of high-density backbone cabling in data centers and other fiber-rich environments. They enable you to minimize the time and cost of network deployment or reconfiguration. You can order your MPO trunk cables according to your needs as there are choices for Male/Female connector type, Polarity (A,B,C), SM(OS2) or MM(OM3, OM4) fibers and the number of fibers per cable. By providing pre-terminated, high-density interconnections, they help reduce installation time, simplify network reconfiguration, and lower overall deployment costs. MPO trunk cables are primarily used for connections between racks, patch panels, and network modules. Our MPO trunk cable solutions support 40G, 100G and 400G applications **Applications** • Enterprise Data Centers: High-density backbone interconnections between core switches and SAN storage arrays. • Telecommunication Central Offices: Efficient routing from main distribution frames to active line cards. • Cloud & Colocation Facilities: Fast tenant provisioning and structured cross-connects. Contact our team to discuss your requirements and find the right MPO fanout or trunk cable configuration for your network.
