„CIP“ d.o.o. is engaged in the production of optical cables whose quality is the primary interest of all employees.
Our goal is to fulfill the expectations of the customer/user with our business, prevent and, if possible, completely eliminate environmental pollution, reduce the risks of endangering health and safety at work, improve information security and in this way satisfy the interests of employees, owners and the wider community, as a socially responsible company.
We are oriented towards sustainable business and effective management of climate risks and opportunities that have an impact on our planning, implementation and evaluation processes.
We will achieve the goal withs:
• Quality product, timely and efficient service, engagement of all employees, aimed at meeting the demands and expectations of customers/users and other interested parties, including demands related to climate change;
• Establishing, documenting, maintaining and constantly improving quality/environmental protection/health and safety at work/information security;
• Planned and efficient use of available resources (employees, finances, equipment, basic and auxiliary materials);
• Proper selection of suppliers with whom we will nurture partnership relations;
• Continuous training to act preventively in preventing pollution, saving resources, choosing work technology and protection systems and constantly improving IMS, including climate change as a relevant issue;
• Monitoring the impact of climate change on our business, as well as the impact of our activities on climate change, which is the responsibility of management, employees and other interested parties;
• Constant monitoring of potential risks in order to preserve the security of the company’s own information, information of importance for the customer, the state and other interested parties;
• Determination to eliminate potential incidents and quickly solve all problems and changes according to user requests;
• Following international and national standards and regulations in order to bring our IMS into compliance with ISO 9001:2015/ISO 14001:2015/ISO 45001:2018/ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
This is the only way we will increase customer/user demand, animate new, potential customers and adequately position ourselves on the market, which is a prerequisite for our survival and development.
